"Instead of a prenuptial(very unromantic, and I love romance), I cashed out a BIG part of my portfolio, and put it in a VERY safe place. <gg>

I add to it every now and then."...said Dalin

I don't know where you put it but a smart divorce lawyer will find it and get it...

From what my lawyer friends tell me, if you added money to it then it is marital property, if you move funds around with the intention of hiding them once a divorce starts, then you are talking "fraudulent conveyance".

anyway I hope you are happily hitched so it will never be an issue
