Well, I do remember a rumor from a usually credible source that the whole financing package would amount to 250M$ and include one new strategic partner. So that leaves a 100M$ short and still wondering who the partner is.

If finishing the BS sale is a precondition to that announcement though, I believe it's 2-3 months away. Unless the price and/or volume of G* picks up dramatically, it will take that long to move the remaining 77M$ worth of tranches.
