Re: from what I can tell the Norther District of California automatically orders cases like Hyundai/Rambus into Alternate Dispute Resolution. Hyundai is trying to opt out of arbitration. What I can't tell is what the last entry means.
Which would indicate that Hyundai thinks it can win in court, and Rambus is trying to delay any decision.

Dan, In all due respect, if the facts are solidly in your favor, arbitration would more likely return a correct decision. No little Old Ladies (LOLs) to send up smokescreens and fud. I would think the WEAKER side would want a trial, which BTW could take one hell of a lot longer (delays) than arbritration, would it not?
