long-gone: There is no way most people would survive if there were suddenly a huge catastrophe and electricity, water and heat were cut off for, say, three months.

It would be total chaos. But I can assure you, in BC just as in Colorado, the communities would work together to chop wood for heat, melt snow for water (or haul water), kill animals to eat, etc, etc, etc.

Urbanites, especially Liberal urbanites have not a clue from whence they came, and where they are headed but for the grace of God, and the ingenuity of man (this includes the inventing of firearms).

They sit within their climate-controlled marble adobes, judging and chastising, but do not realize their existence hangs by a thread - the thread of human labour.
