That poster has no more credibility than many posters on RagingBull. Who is that person? How do we know that that person ever talked with anybody at VIAD? That person could just be another desperate shareholder trying to stop the stock from falling.

The the lower the stock price goes the more attractive VIAD becomes.

I am disappointed that VIAD has not announced who will perform the CFO duties while VIAD looks for a new CFO. It's obvious that the loss of the CFO was not in the long-term plan. Further, there has been no reasonable effort to calm the market given this shocking news.
