I absolutely agree with you on this. As to whether their patents are enforceable, it depends on what they can convince a judge of. In some respects this whole debacle has been good, it points out in such fine detail some major problems in our patent system that have accumulated as Congress has tried to wrestle with the whole IP issue. Now I could wish it were in a sector and didn't involve companies where I have such a large percentage of my net worth invested, but such is life, or lack thereof.
