Today while just wandering around the web finding technology news and other stories on how many times Al Gore lies in a typical day, I decided to check out sgi.com. I found this link on the front page.

sgi.com

These are all way cool videos.

These videos are a superb marketing tool.
A suberb recruiting tool.

I don't see Sgi's demise any time soon.

> my point about whether SGI was actually abandoning the NT's....

To me SGI is partioning nt not abandoning it.
SGI and Intergraph Finalize Terms of Strategic Alliance
sgi.com
.....
Benefits for Both Companies As part of the alliance, SGI has hired approximately 60 Intergraph Computer Systems employees in marketing, sales and engineering that comprise a global sales and support team for the new systems. About 35 of the employees are engineers based in Huntsville, Ala., creating an engineering presence in Huntsville for SGI. The alliance also extends SGI's offerings for creative and technical users in the digital content creation, visual simulation, print and publishing and manufacturing markets.
....
The intergraph box was and most likely still is a better (maybe the best) nt box than the SGI nt boxes.

Isn't it wonderful these two boys patting themselves on the back with Rambus & Nine? I hope they each bolstered their egos enough! Too bad they can't tell us anything today about today instead of wishful vicarious investments of their past dreams. LOLOLOLLOL. One cuts & pastes everything including paper dolls & the other tries to reason with a perpetual naysayer, the kind that marries a woman & then proceeds to spend the rest of his life telling her all her bad points after he falls out of love, But then she did go into his wallet & take out $22.00 & replace it with less that$4.00 ****************ROTFLMAO!!!!
