And Kingston is doing the final wafer preparation and RIMM assembly before delivering them just in time to Dell in much faster turnaround then Toshiba could. Dell/Toshiba and Toshiba/Kingston agreements were about a day apart.

Zeev,

Toshiba was about 7-8% of the DRAM market last year.
They may be expanding their capacity, I do not know.
In any event, they were in the top 6 last year.
