At a recent conference MAG gave the following highlights: -- Explosion in demand for digital power products will lead to substantial growth opportunities for MagneTek. -- Company expects to reduce its debt level to zero during FY 2001. -- Divestitures could generate about between $50- and $100-million in cash for internal investment and acquisitions. -- Company expects to announce digital power systems acquisition(s) shortly. -- Financial goals include double-digit growth, double-digit operating profit margin and double-digit cash-flow return on invested capital.
