Why do I think I know what Bush would do? I don't think he would do anything.........Papa would make the decision and I know what he would do. "Odd thinking about a country that has enough nukes to kill every American 3 times over. " HAD not has.......even the Russians don't know where all the nukes are. Many of the nukes are in areas that are now differnt countris......REMEMBER?????? Russia is only one of many independent states and has no sovereign power in those states.
