Ha, ha, ha, ha!

Sly, you are a character.

I must confess I spoke too soon. I'm sorry, but there are apparently a few folks that I won't "play with". ...And you are definitely the current leader of that pack.

Having watched your show for the past month it's clear that you are working under a disadvantage of some sort when it comes to reading comprehension. I will leave to others your "misreading" of the legal landscape which you are trying to comment on.

But don't be dismayed. P.T. Barnum was right. You can be a fool and still make big bucks. Good luck to you.

It has been pointed out elsewhere that the ITC action against Hyundai is being withdrawn because an injunction against Hyundai helps Micron's Dram business in the short run and so Rambus may want to have all the injunctions go into effect at the same time through patent proceedings.
Remember there is not a similar action against Micron.

Also, it seems that the French, German, and English cases may be decided before the ITC can act. Thus the ITC action may be redundant effort. If these companies refuse to settle in the rest of the world then ITC actions could be reopened.
