If you call, they might want to know the case name and number (SIBIA Neurosciences vs. Cadus Pharmaceutical Corp. #99-1381-- number of the case in the Ct. of Appeal for the Federal Circuit - I don't know the District Court number). If they're still with you after that, what would be nice to know is: 1. Has SIBIA requested a rehearing or has the time for appeals passed by now and is the judgment of reversal final? 2. If time has passed and the order reversing is final, do they know if there was any order concerning the $19.5 mil Cadus put in escrow to cover the judgment if they lost the appeal? Put another way, when will Cadus get their money out of escrow? Thanks.
