Mystery to me --- Huh? Qwiksand, you might want to take a closer look, dude. Sun is selling the shit (can I say that?) out of Ultra workstations on eBay. Charles and I (and probably a few others) have been watching this in astonishment over the past 6-9 mos. The brand is that strong. --- With regard to the Osborne... I've got a 1981 Osborne1 field stripped on the kitchen table as I type, coaxing the floppy drives awake. I'll be posting to the thread (at 1200 baud through a *nix shell dial-up) just as soon as I can get it to read the CP/M boot disk. Go Z-80! --- Do you know TI is still using the Z-80 processor in some of it's calculators? --- I've made a GUI for the Osborne. I made it out of cardboard and cut a 5" square in the middle for the monitor. Then, around the green screen is a very well thought out, hand drawn GUI interface... <g> -JCJ
