My only concern right now arises from this dam risk of serious conflict in the Middle East. If the Arab world is forced to really pick a battle with the US over this conflict, then i am very concerned that the issue will become the catalyst for strong down draft on the world exchanges.

All of this had to come to head in October, of course. The markets seem to want to find some kind of "shock" in order to break the yo yo effect of the last 5 months or so. This issue may not be economic yet, but that part of the world has are balls and they are holding them with oil. It could therefor easily spill over into an economic issue.

Paul,

You are very right about the BLEC business. This type of a contract came as a total surprise to me, and as far as I am concerned, this is an add on to other contracts that NHC was about to get (like the UUNET deal). And hence my feelings the NHC could easily double. I still don't think people realize how big this contract really is for a micro company like NHC, and am even more perplexed at the newspaper coverage (which was nil). On Friday, 4% of the o/s changed hands. Maybe this is good. I think it should steadily move up from here.

We have new product announcements next week at the Chicago trade show.
