Shadow,

I would think the "new insiders" will receive a lot more than 30 to 40 million shares for the alleged $10,000,000. ADOT has a history of giving stock away at extremely low valuations. I would think the new partners will receive at least 50,000,000 shares and probably more. It is very likely the new funding will fall under the Reg. S type that I posted a few weeks ago and that is why no terms were disclosed.

Just glanced at RB and was glad to see some of them are finally putting the picture together although it sure took them long enough. It was very apparent to me after my first conversation with Leslie. He was more worried about what I was going to do with my stock than anything else. When I told him I would dump it at market the next day, only then did he offer up some answers, of course those answers were as accurate as their many published delivery dates. I was holding 100,000 shares at the time and the O/S was only around 11,000,000 shares, so I did represent stock that could have tanked it even further and Leslie knew that. As I have stated numerous times over the last few years, he instills a certain passion in former shareholders.

Wonder what happened to the "Beta Test" results? Thought they were supposed to be published by Aug. 22, 2000. Don't tell me ADOT missed another deadline, how could they!!!!

Regards, Tom B.
