Frank, I work with many PhD's who are developing many new and different pharmaceuticals that will change the lives of millions of people and they consider George Bush to be the Dumber part of Dumb and Dumber. When people go into that voting booth they will ask themselves if we need to fix something that's not broke.........thinking people will vote to continue with our present program that's been working well. Most people won't take a chance on change cause it's not in our nature. The hard core, Clinton hating Republicans will vote for Bush and nothing will change that fact but most fair and open minded people will opt to keep the status quo the same.
