Oddly, Rambus supreme flackmeister Edelstone seems to be saying that RDRAM is dead, dead, dead. 1% penetration this year, 2% next year. 2% next year might be optimistic, but no point quibbling at that level. Edelstone's view is still somewhat dubious, given his definitive, inarguable legal statements. On that front, he seems to have been doing his research on the Yahoo thread. Still, his parallel universe seems a lot closer to conventional reality than the parallel universe inhabited by the local flackmeisters. Cheers, Dan.
