Unfortuantely in a bear market for techs the market can stay in an oversold condition for days, weeks !

Ralph Bloch said Thursday morning that the market is the most oversold in at least 2 years.....

JRI, that oversold condition didn't help much Friday. The thing is that the market was in the most speculative overbought condition in MANY YEARS. We may get a bear market rally and it will be just like the others we have had recently. It will make us think that it is going to new highs in one day but it will be sold into heavily. IMHO.
