Morning Patron, Always a pleasure to have you stop by, especially when bringing a great recipe for margueritas. Seriously though, I would like to think that we are not adverse to having negative opinions aired here. I think it is the manner in which they are delivered. I, for one like to look at both sides of any issue and if I post something that you disagree with, tell me!! I don't think anyone here will be upset if someone came on and said "IMO you are wrong and here is why...... That should hopefully make for some intelligent, not argumentative, point / counterpoint discussion. DEFINITELY keeping dry powder. Later, Joel
