Thread, The Sony notebook with a 550MHz K6-2+ w/PowerNow! is advertised in today's Best Buy ad. It's probably the best K6-2 notebook ever, right at the end of the K6-2's life... The build your own Micron Duron 700 machine is also advertised. CompUSA has Durons finally, but sold as boxed processors only. That's pretty sad when CompUSA is selling a boxed version of a processor and they don't even have the processor available in a system on the shelf. No 1.1GHz available anywhere yet (other than build your own). Radio Shack is advertising Compaq 700MHz Durons but these are build your own. I saw an HP 1GHz PIII somewhere, so I guess it isn't dead.
