LOL It's not that bad.

I came up with a few conditions that need to be met or continue to be true in order for the market to move forward. 1) Earnings related recovery 2) Fed lowers rates 3) Telecom spending is not slowing and the building out of broadband for the masses doesn't slow down, be it land line or wireless. 4) Price. Stocks sell down to 2800 on the Naz., or a level that is seen to be too low. 5) Storage IT spending increases do not slow down. With the allocation of IT spending to storage on the rise, a slow down in the storage sector would be seen by this investors as an indication of more problems in corporate earnings then the market is fully understanding even now. So, I think it will be number 4, price levels need to go down more, but I need to see storage spending not to level off and decrease.
