It depends on the dot.com, Richard. But in general I agree with you. The story for CMGI is IMO certainly a lot better moving forward over the next 5 years than NEM. Who in their right mind would put NEM in their IRA or Keough?

The gold stocks are certainly due for a strong bear rally over the next year. Although I think the XAU could continue to move lower, the risk/reward rato is now clearly slanted to the upside.

When Greenspan starts easing, the XAU will rocket.

PS I'd take a long position in NEM as it approaches its August 98 low.
