Well, market sentiment is pretty bad to be sure. However, this is October afterall. Around Oct 25th or so, we'll have Nortel and JDSU reporting their numbers. Then in the first week of November we'll have Cisco reporting. All 3 of these companies are going to have gangbuster revs and earnings. So I'd give this market another week or two of trading in a range. In addition, elections will be almost over. So after elections and Nortel, JDSU, and Cisco report, the market should start picking up and steadily move upward through March 2001. JMHO.

Sounds fantastic...Too bad I will have to sell my family car so I can pay for fiber to my home...where do I sign up? Great ideas...will they be profitable for those that spend the money to put it into action? How much are people willing to pay for the bandwidth?
