On the Sunday shows one commentator explained they try to put the death tax in the 1% but you cannot. The death tax is the money going to folks who maybe in much smaller brackets. Fox news did a tape on all the Gore sighs during the debate the other night. It was quite sad! It would be a cartoon if this wasn't so serious. It was pointed out the purpose was to distract Bush and get under his skin which he didn't fall for. They said the whole audience could hear every sound coming from Gore and this is something he's done in the past.
