Minor correction: As regards the P/C ratio, I wrote "The ratio's been rising since the beginning of the month, which looks like a good call (or put)." I meant, that it's been trending upward ever since the beginning of SEPTEMBER. Presumably, much of that Bearishness has been or is being amply rewarded.
