NO, they do not, because I personally do not believe that anything can be predicted per se. This has been akin to the Holy Grail for most technical analysts and systems developers. I think it's a big scam because they try to capitalize on the main motivation of most traders: to pick tops and bottoms. While I think that it is of academic interest to study turning points, it is counter productive in trading itself.

We can calculate the probability of any move going longer than xyz in terms of time, or pick support and resistance points, but I don't think that it's possible to predict anything, other than that an uptrend will continue to make higher highs and higher lows until it can't anymore, and vice versa - but the good news is that this is all that is necessary to make money trading.
