Dan3, Rambus has already 100 patents and 70 more new ones applied in 2000 alone. You think a latch-up circuit will invalidate all 100 Rambus patents that are 100% unrelated? BTW, I also have a bridge to sell you. This is nothing more than a 11th hour desperate attempt by Infineon as the December German court date fast approaches. IMO, I can't wait to see them get their butts kicked in there. That case will be the water shed case for everyone else. Just watch. Rambus wanted a fast track and they got it while the others wanted the courts to take their time. Well tooooo bad. ;-) Can't wait for December. And guess what? P4 will be out too. Wow! A bonus to boot. LMAO.
