Very good, AJ. I would dump LLY, SKM and MSCC though. . .not convincing enough, IMO. Also a few more of the Nasdaq'rs are really Baby Phoenix. . .Phoenix's. . .Phoenixi . . whatever.

Take a look at where these stocks got hit with an initial surge of volume. . .starting from the bottom. . SRCL about Sept 11. . .RADS about Sept 28 . . look at MYGN volume. . .the thing is under tremendous accumulation, IMO.

With most every Phoenix play, the stock gets hit with unexpected volume, it starts ripping toward the North. . .while the rest of the Tech Stocks slip slowly back to Spring lows, on relatively low volume.

The volume on FCEL beginning about Sept 10 is also very impressive. . .and again it breaks trend and heads Northward throughout September. AXYS has been rising since late July!! Why have we missed this one?

Again, very nice job. It gives everyone some food for thought about how to approach market weakness.

aj - You may want to look at CMNT as a possible Phoenix. Steady rise on low volume throughout August & first half of September, then rapid rise on much higher volume end of Sept. It has backed off over the last week but appears to be holding at current levels with low volume downs and high volume highs.

Secondary offering due soon will improve company's cash position. Heavily involved in SAN hdwe & sftw... EMC is largest customer. Much more info on SI CMNT board.

No position at this time.
