Bush should release records if he indeed has to power to release or withhold them. I have heard this information on talk shows, etc. I think the public doesn't care about it. That was shown in the debate about Clinton's anti-American, anti-military protests: who cares. People wanted to vote for him. Gore spent time covering the war in VietNam. No John McCain there either. Cheney knows something about defense. People admit he's smart, big deal. I doubt people would care if stories came out about candidates getting head on the stump as gratitude for policies. The people have spoken on these issues. They just don't care.
