Wrong. Gore's programs are preventive medicine for the country. To fix education, health and environment before it costs us a lot more later. As for oil prices, GW has every motivation for keeping them high. Helps the people behind him. As for a tax cut, it's all borred money until we pay off the debt so it will create more inflation and cut important government programs. And as for the military Gore actually wants to spend 100 billion MORE than Bush so I don't know why he and Cheney are talking about that.
