He has been a prodigal son. He is out there in what I would have called the "hippie" element. I think his world is in the Greenwich Village type environment and, it would be my guess, most of those folks are what we would call "liberal." I think what he has done to his own father, suffering from alzheimers, is despicable. He has not been supportive or caring. Even though he was in Philadelphia when the Republican convention was on he would not even support his father and Nancy by coming to the tribute for his father. Unfortunately, there will probably be a day he will be regretful for his conduct.
