All the worthless dot-com bubble deflation is starting to have an impact on bay area real estate. Driving around san francisco today i saw more "open house" signs than i've seen in the last two years. Practically every block had at least one or two houses for sale.

On my block, which hasnt had a home for sale since i arrived, there are now *three* up for grabs.

<No, why should it? Now you guys have me worried, wonder if the equity options markets will be open? >

The options markets are open... I believe the spooz are open too, the bonds are closed as it's a bank holiday.

<Then there is high Jewish holiday starting tonight, what kind of a mess is tomorrow going to be. >

There may be a Christian rally... buy pooooooots from those dopes.
