I think they're ripe. There was a negative article, either in Barron's or the WSJ this weekend regarding LEH, that stated that if they don't get taken over, they'll have a long fall (pun intended). They certainly are thought to have a lot of risky paper, IMHO.....

I would look to short them below 135 with a stop at Friday's close 135 7/8 or the 50 SMA 137 7/8 depending on your risk tolerance. (Close stops can get run no stops can get expensive). Initial targets would be 130 5/8 and then 120 7/16.
