Bush and Reagan took credit for their market and Clinton's is better That's just kinda ludicrous since the only role that the executive truly plays is in working with congress to set budgetary policy... And I think I've already show that in the first several years of Clinton's administration overall market performance can't compare to the better performance AFTER the Republicans capture control over both houses of congress.
