The issue is sentiment in the market is negative now and especially so on the internets. A downgrade by anyone will get a lot of results but an upgrade does nothing. A year ago it was the opposite. This unknown firm could have upgraded VERT with a huge price target and VERT would have gone sky high.

A lot of financial reporters like to make news rather than report it. Instead of the bullish case coming from the analyst with the $75 price target, they should have used Blodget and his $350 (pre-split, because it looks more impressive) target.
