William: AMZN is trading about where it was at the end of 1998 -- anybody who bought and held is underwater. You smoking that funny stuff again?

william, let me make this simple for you. take a look at amzn volume when it was in the low single digits and when it was 100 (post split).

now let me make this real simple.

if one buys 1 share at $1 and 10 shares at $10 and the stock goes to $3, does that person have a loss?

fact is, she's down at $9.

impossible? NOT!
