Glenn I understand what you are saying, and the thought that comes to mind is how long it will be before there is a glut of brodband that is underutilized. This may seem premature but i think within a couple of years there will be some concern re this among investors.

Glenn: To add to you post on bandwidth -- the capital intensity of the infrastructure build-out makes the telecoms reliant on the debt market -- which is growing increasingly concerned with the ability of rapid broadband expansion to pay its own way. Broadband will only grow as fast as the bond market will put up the money -- watch for bond-ratings to drop to slow down infrastructure plays -- not to mention the bite of higher interest rates both here and elsewhere. Shaky junk bonds are going to cause a stir.
