Excuse me, but disgraceful behavior is not defensible by majority vote. What is wrong with you? There are laws in this country protecting minority opinions from precisely this kind of garbage. You counsel I would be "wise to let it drop"? I don't think so. I warned our poster here to retract his statement and offer an apology. He has not. As I promised him, I do not make idle threats, and legal action will be forthcoming. Those of you who agree with open defamation of fellow members at SI may one day finally wake up and learn that slandering (yes, slander, as we can consider this speech at SI) those with whom you disagree is not an acceptable mode of comunication.
