Now see Ron, that surprises me. Ida thunk you would stick to the guns on the Truth. Gee, I seem to remember Reagan people did that to poor Jimmy Carter now didn't they. Never mind that there was a second oil crisis or that the economy problems were a worldwide phenomenon. None of which was Jimmy's fault. See, politics makes these extreme statements, most which aren't true, but are easy to remember and repeat. It gets the job done, at the expense of the truth.

Again, you end up agreeing with me, albeit through the woods and across the crick. Most of the "issues" like how the economy is going to do, is not controlled by the President or the Congress. So, what is? Supreme Court appointments. Environmental policy. Social initiatives. Choice of Law Enforcement Focus. These are the things I care about and we should consider in the debate.
