Uh huh. Well, the WSJ has been 'explcitly mentioning' MS, Dell and Cisco for many years now. --- If I based my taking positions in companies that te WSJ explicitly mentioned, I don't think I'd be very happy. --- BTW, speaking of CSCO and MSFT, I read the SJ Merc today, and in it was a very interesting piece on the Bill(?) Parrish fellow who awhile back published am infamous hit piece on MSFT options. It was posted here I'm sure more than once. Anyway, this fellow has gone after CSCO in a similar fashion with regard to accounting practices with mergers. --- The news here (which somewhat vindicates MSFT) is that this guy sent Cisco a correspondence that basically said, 'let me manage your (rather large) pension fund for x % and I'll stop writing bad things about you'. --- That's a very uncool thing. I think that *whatever this guy says or has ever had to say, should flat-out be ignored as spam. (IMO) -JCJ
