Found a direct link to the news item quoted on Via.com site, even though the direct English translation for the newspaper is Commerical & Industrial Times, the actual English name is Chinatimes, here is the article.

ec.chinatimes.com.tw

As yahoo poster pointed out, it appeared in the fourth paragraph, my translation follows <Mr. Wu, the general manager of Ali, talking about DDR chipsets>...before DDR chipset becomes mainstream in Q3 of 2001, ALI's 1H will still depend on TNT2 products (I thought TNT was a graphic chip?), due to some large OEM (referring to DELL), for the first time is going to use non Intel processor, even though ALI at that time will be volume producing TNT2, that will cause order push out to Q1, ALI's Q4 product shipment will possibly be less than expected.///

The article clearly used the word "processor", but may have meant to say "chipset" per Ng, those who are familiar with ALI products (TNT2?) may be able to get more out of this.
