Dan, You're right. I also have friends at Amazon, Tivo, Go2Net, and other companies who are underwater as well. I'm not trying to say that it's a good thing, but if near term appreciation of options are the only reason someone joins a company, then maybe this is an opportunity to reconsider their motivation. In spite of this view, I also believe it will soon change for the better. I purchased some more stock in the low sixties and again at around 54. Of course, I can always be wrong. Mike
