Yahoo!/Visa Expand Pact -2: To Make Co-branded Mktg Plan

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) and Visa International's
U.S. unit expanded their marketing agreement to make Visa the preferred and
default payment card on Yahoo!'s shopping, travel and wallet Web sites.
In a press release Monday, Yahoo!, an Internet communication, commerce and
media company, said it will promote Visa's payer authentication service on
its network. Conversely, Visa will expand its advertising commitment on
Yahoo!'s network.
Additionally, Yahoo! and Visa, a credit card association, will develop an
off-line co-branded marketing program for 2001.
