Scumbria,
Because their patent is CMOS technology related and the MMs have been making CMOS designs many years before RDRAM, SDRAM and DDR. So are you saying that all the MMs have been making CMOS parts illegally all these years? I sure would love Infineon to explain how did they let them get away with it all these years. Or could it be that Infineon and all the other MMs have had cross-licensing agreements? Or is it that there is prior art on their patent that the MMs have been using?
