If Erik would make that statement here, and request that SI remove that thread, I will be more than happy to rest on that. It is very simple for him to do. I also always respect a peacemaker. This thread and our field need them.

Believe me, I am the first person to laugh at myself. I do all the while I am posting here. Though some of you may feel all is written in tense moments, actually they are in some respects damned comical. I realize that full well.

If he pays the filing fee, anyone can sue anyone else and the defendant must answer or lose by default. He might be wise to read up on defamation before he spends money instructing counsel.
