Bambs, individuals issues are starting to react positively to company-specific/industry-specific good news...I just watched BVSN, ITWO get shot out of a cannon higher after announcing a deal....a related stock (VIGN) also went up 30% on the news...although it wouldn't surprise me to see these stocks come down a bit by the close...and maybe even early tomorrow morn....when stocks start behaving well to good news...it is..

Another sign that we are close to a bottom..
