From a big picture perspective, if you view smelly as having been in a large down channel since Mar/00 top, then we have hit the lower line of said channel today. The only other touch was the May low. Really should get a bounce here.

When all is said and done, people will look back on RMBS just like Farrow Tech. Rambus exists, it is a real company, but that is the only difference. If they lose their lawsuit (which I think they will), they will be left with *****nothing***** to support their $10 billion market cap. They might one-up Farrow Tech and gap down more than 86%.

The whole RMBS spin situation is out of control. Very few people actually have a clue what has went on and what's going on. The people on the RMBS SI board are completely clueless. Industry insiders are afraid to talk for obvious reasons. In the end, case studies will be written about RMBS. Investors will be shocked at how they got "took".
