I believe he settled with the DTC and supposedly gave them 2.2 million shares. He nows goes after the Mann default in hopes of getting monetary damages. Sylver is one heck of a con-man. He'll do anything for cash at this point. I'm still trying to figure out how much the SEC has fined him.
