If you look back over the past week you'll find an extensive discussion on this matter, the conclusions being:

There were 2 things said:

Ruiz said AMD would introduce 5 new processors between Nov 15 and Feb 15 (types, not speed grades)

Jerry said goal was 1.5GHz on desktop in January

It was 5-6, and it was an interpolation from the 1.5 in january comment by a reporter, not quoted from anyone from AMD.

ssb confirmed the release of two new processors which would make it 3 weeks / per processor or amd would have extra 4 weeks to release those without breaking promise
