Perception of the significance and nature of events after they have occurred.

Two comments I have.

(1) Using hindsight we are sure of their earnings for the quarter, which, will be reported on the 19th after the market closes.

(2) Too much hindsight is a sure fired way to invest too late, day late...dollar short.
